I’ve been working on this for ages... ever since I first heard this song, years before I ever even started experimenting with music production, I knew I wanted to make a remix of it. I decided to stay simple with the title of the video, but I’m sure it raises a number of questions, which I shall attempt to answer. First of all, I sampled both the original AND the Noisia remix in my version, but couldn’t figure a way to work that in without calling it a remix remix... and that just sounded wrong. Second of all, no, it TECHNICALLY isn’t dubstep, because it’s 160 bpm. I just think the term "drumstep" sounds stupid, so think of it as whatever you like. Third, remix vs. rework vs. VIP vs. bootleg?
